Host your special occasion at Sotherton Tea Room, a Victorian-style tea room in the heart of Sun City Lincoln Hills. Our traditional afternoon tea experience brings the elegance of a bygone era to your bridal shower, baby shower, birthday party, holiday party or private gathering — delicate sandwiches, warm scones, house-blended teas, and attentive service in a beautiful Victorian setting.

The space…
Our dining room seats up to 40 guests, with a minimum of 25 people for a private event, and in fair weather our garden patio seats 18 more.
The Tea
Your party enjoys your choice of our Traditional Afternoon Tea or the Queen's Tea Experience. Every private event includes a complimentary tasting for two, so you can choose your own sandwich and dessert flavors in advance.
Rates
Venue rental: $150 per hour (2-hour minimum), plus food.
Make It Sparkle — Mimosa Bar (add-on)
From $350: serves 20–25 guests, with five bottles of champagne, a fresh fruit and berry tray, and four juices — orange, cranberry, mango, and guava.
